Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery, balancing technical input and guidance with programme requirements and project commercial objectives.
  • Work with managers and stakeholders to define project scope, funding routes, and approach.
  • Select and implement appropriate design strategies for each project and the wider lifecycle programme.
  • Manage design consultants and D&B contractors from selection to delivery, as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree/HND/HNC in Building, Engineering, or Architecture.

  • Skills: Effective communication, excellent IT skills, ability to influence and guide, excellent organisational skills, and a flexible and pragmatic approach.
