Job Overview

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team as a Building Fabric Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled tradesperson to work on a variety of building fabric maintenance services across different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out building fabric maintenance services, including PPM and reactive works, internally and externally.
  • Work on a range of disciplines, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, small building works, and painting & decorating.
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent and a full UK driving licence.

What We Offer
  • A competitive total package of £29,722 per annum, including on call every 1 in 4 weeks + travel time + company van, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays).

About the Role

This is a contract role covering sites throughout Carlisle, working for a global facilities management and building services organisation. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and will be required to carry out a multi-site role.
