Key Responsibilities:

  • UK Sales: Engage with distributors to amplify their growth and ours.
  • Export Sales: Pursue global expansion opportunities.
  • Contract Manufacturing: Oversee collaborations to produce products for other brands.
  • Licensing: Develop connections to license Cleenol formulas to overseas manufacturers.
  • Team Leadership: Foster high-performing teams among sales, export account managers, and purchasing staff.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze business metrics, offer insightful recommendations, and enhance profitability.
  • Rapport Building: Establish and maintain robust relationships with distributors, partners, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial or sales positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cleaning and hygiene products sector.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Maximum annual salary: £70,000 (dependent on experience).
