About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Governance Expert to join our team at Stealth iT Consulting as a Senior Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing AI frameworks that ensure compliance with global regulations and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement AI Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement frameworks for governing AI safely, fairly, and ethically.
  • Oversee Governance throughout the AI Development Lifecycle: Ensure that AI solutions comply with industry and government regulations, and that governance is maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders across various sectors to ensure that AI solutions meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Represent the Company in Discussions on AI Ethics: Represent Stealth iT Consulting in discussions on AI ethics and governance, and provide strategic guidance on AI governance to senior leaders.
  • Guide the Team on AI Regulation and Governance Advancements: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI governance and provide guidance to the team on best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in AI regulation and governance, demonstrated by your roles in industry, government, or professional services.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive expertise in strategy, data/AI governance and AI/machine learning. Proficient understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, data science concepts, and their applications in business.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide strategic guidance on AI governance to senior leaders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, honed through interactions with government agencies, industry partners, and internal teams.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to represent the company in discussions on AI governance and deliver training sessions, to upskill both internally employees and clients.
