About the Role

We are seeking an experienced commercial strategist to join our team as Head of Department Stores. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and developing partnerships with retailers and managing large account portfolios with strong customer service and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability across key department store retail partnerships.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute trade marketing and field plans that meet retailer needs without conflicts between retailers or other Puig brands.
  3. Manage and review retail and wholesale targets for all designated accounts with the commercial and finance teams.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate reporting and administration for each account.
  5. Leverage business analytics to inform commercial decisions and maximize Sell-in and Sell-out opportunities.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve business objectives and develop talent.
  7. Foster close relationships with the niche team to drive results and strategic vision for niche brands in department stores.
  8. Support the Commercial Director in various duties when needed.
