Commercial Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial strategist to join our team as Head of Department Stores. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and developing partnerships with retailers and managing large account portfolios with strong customer service and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability across key department store retail partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute trade marketing and field plans that meet retailer needs without conflicts between retailers or other Puig brands.
- Manage and review retail and wholesale targets for all designated accounts with the commercial and finance teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and administration for each account.
- Leverage business analytics to inform commercial decisions and maximize Sell-in and Sell-out opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve business objectives and develop talent.
- Foster close relationships with the niche team to drive results and strategic vision for niche brands in department stores.
- Support the Commercial Director in various duties when needed.
