Job Overview:
A driven Commercial Strategist is required by Ashdown Group to lead and execute commercial strategies in a growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment.

Salary: Up to £80,000 plus benefits,

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with various departments including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure the successful implementation of all commercial initiatives
• Support client relationships and oversee the pricing department, focusing on accuracy and speed
• Assess and evaluate suppliers, undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance, and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Lead risk management; identify potential commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests
• Develop high-performing teams and possess a solid understanding of commercial principles, including pricing, contract negotiation, and business development

Requirements:
• Strong leadership abilities and experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
• Proven track record of delivering results in a commercial environment
