MAC Cosmetics Store Lead

Job Summary

The Store Lead is responsible for driving sales growth and market share through exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of the MAC brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reflect a credible and professional brand image at all times
  • Maximise sales through effective selling and customer engagement
  • Contribute to operational efficiencies through adherence to company procedures
  • Understand and meet daily and weekly targets
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and missed opportunities
  • Effectively leverage social media to drive business and protect the brand image
  • Deliver the brand strategy and local plan
  • Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and a zero complaints mindset
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and lead by example
  • Manage refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and deliver an industry-leading experience

Operations:

  • Plan to deliver excellent standards at all times
  • Review retail standards daily and maintain them to the required standard
  • Ensure deliveries and stock movements are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Implement company security policies and procedures to minimise stock loss
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment

Commerciality:

  • Manage daily replenishment and take corrective action where necessary
  • Maximise sales performance through commercial reports
  • Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts
  • Identify stock package issues and take corrective action
  • Effectively manage promotions and discounts

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
  • Ability to drive self-development
  • Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry
  • Effective communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
