MAC Cosmetics Counter Lead Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Lead to join our MAC Cosmetics team. As a Counter Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales through effective selling and customer service skills
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
  • Ensure a high level of visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MAC Cosmetics products and services

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
