About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at GKR International. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties, and conducting property viewings to showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective buyers and provide detailed information on available properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.
  • Negotiate and finalise sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Requirements
  • Entry to mid-level experience in estate agency or New Homes.
  • Resilient and self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
What We Offer
