We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Coordinator to join our team at Westone Housing Ltd's Peterborough office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new claims, managing the progression of claims, and liaising with clients on claim positions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Process new claims and manage the progression of claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with clients on claim positions and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with our leak detection and drying technicians to ensure effective claim management.
- Monitor claim lifecycles to ensure clients and policyholders are informed and aware of each stage of the claim process.
- Perform tasks such as arranging leak detection and trace and access, booking appointments for surveyors and validators, and organizing alternative accommodation.
- Insurance claims handling experience.
- Cert CII qualification or equivalent.
- BDMA qualification or equivalent.
- Understanding of the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
