As a key member of our Manufacturing Sector Unit, you will work with fellow talented colleagues to transform every aspect of a client's operations. You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative digital transformation solutions for leading Defence Manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering digital transformation solutions for Defence Manufacturing clients.
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver solutions for clients and support them to embed change in their business.
- Extensive travel will be necessary due to client needs.
- Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company.
- Experience of proposition building and delivery.
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
- Extensive manufacturing experience in Aerospace and Defence Manufacturing clients.
- Some experience in Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations:
- Manufacturing operations and processes.
- Engineering and asset management.
- Change management across multiple manufacturing sites.
Requirements
- Understanding of Digital Manufacturing:
- Use of IoT sources of data and analytics.
- Digital Manufacturing and process transformation.
- Solutions addressing sustainability in Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations.
- Passion and understanding for transformation in a digital world.
- Solid track record of successful project delivery.
- Passion for development and coaching others.
- Ability to articulate views on the future of Digital Manufacturing in a Defence environment.
