We are seeking a seasoned Investment Relationship Manager to join our team at Upright Oy.

About the Role

As an Investment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving exceptional value to our investor accounts globally. This critical role requires a proven track record of success in the financial industry, particularly in asset management or private equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of account management for our investor segment, seamlessly integrating strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Proactively engage in relationship-building and upselling initiatives with institutional investors, ensuring high customer satisfaction while effectively managing churn.
  • Expand existing accounts, refine our value proposition, and ensure Upright's offerings resonate with investors globally.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of investment processes in asset management, paired with a strong interest in how sustainability data can shape the future of finance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building high-trust relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
