Platform Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Relationship Manager to join our team at Seven Investment Management LLP. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, wealth managers, and advisers to ensure the seamless integration of our platform into their offices and systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with wealth managers and advisers to understand their business needs and promote the use of our platform.
  • Work closely with the Platform Service and Proposition teams to stay up-to-date on platform knowledge and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support the Sales and Relationship Management teams to meet sales targets and ensure the successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its capabilities to effectively communicate its benefits to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of the UK platform market and the regulatory environment, with experience of working in a similar role or industry.
  • You are a strong problem-solver with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • You have excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • You are a team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
