About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investigator to join our team at the University of Oxford. As a Senior Investigator in Digital Biomarkers, you will play a key role in developing new methods for remote health assessment using digital biomarkers and wearable data.

Using your expertise in epidemiology and data analysis, you will design and implement innovative studies that leverage the potential of wearables and mobile devices.

The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new methods for remote health assessment using digital biomarkers and wearable sensors.
  • Design and implement large-scale epidemiological studies to investigate the potential of wearables for remote health assessment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop new lines of enquiry and advance the field of digital biomarker research.

Requirements

  • PhD/DPhil in a relevant field (e.g., epidemiology, biostatistics, computer science).
  • Significant post-qualification research experience in epidemiological studies.
  • Strong publication record and familiarity with existing literature in the field.
  • Excellent team working and communication skills.
