Clinical Software Trainer Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Software Trainer to join our team in Wales. This field-based role involves traveling across the country to deliver on-site training, with the option to be based in Wales or a commutable distance with a full clean driving license.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have an aptitude for delivering training, whether through previous experience or a passion for coaching and mentoring. As part of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to GP practices migrating to our EMIS Web system.

As a Clinical Software Trainer, you will receive a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure you are equipped to deliver high-quality training on-site and remotely. Additionally, you will be provided with a company electric car and may be required to stay overnight on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the EMIS Web system to customers and provide support as a system specialist.
  • Deliver Transformation services to established customers, identifying and implementing high-complexity solutions.
  • Analyze customer and user requirements, matching them to EMIS Health products and services to find better ways of working.
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering training sessions in various settings and styles, including one-to-one, small group sessions, seminar-style events, and train-the-trainer sessions on-site or remotely.
