Clinical Systems Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Systems Manager to support the rapid expansion of our clinical platforms team. As a key member of our Clinical Systems team, you will play a critical role in maintaining, supporting, and optimising clinical IT systems used within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the introduction of new software and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Analyse user behaviours to identify areas for improvement and enhance system functionality.
  3. Collaborate with the outsourced IT Service Desk to address incidents and share knowledge, enhancing resolution rates.
Requirements
  • Essential:
  • At least two years of experience in a Systems Analyst role, preferably with SaaS products in a healthcare IT environment.
  • Basic understanding of clinical information systems, databases, and healthcare IT standards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical staff.
