About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Consultant Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Iris Care Group. As a senior clinical lead, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team (MDT) within Beechwood College, ensuring high-quality services for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the MDT, ensuring appropriate clinical governance and integration with educational delivery.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based programs for the delivery of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) interventions.
  • Work closely with education staff to achieve learning outcomes for young people and ensure clinical input is supportive of identified needs.
  • Provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy to young people and adults with ASC, reflecting relevant knowledge and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
  • Contribute to the development of local team policies and procedures, facilitating improvements in service quality.
