Taking on the role of New Homes Sales Consultant with TSR Recruitment Limited and our client, a respected UK Housebuilder in Lincoln, means being part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships
- Utilize market knowledge and product expertise to match customer needs with relevant new home offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance
- Participate in regular sales meetings and coaching sessions to share best practices, receive feedback, and set goals
About You:
- You must be a charismatic and empathetic individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in new home sales or a related field is required
- You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- A valid UK driving license and use of own vehicle are essential for this role
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary of £25,000, with an OTE of £42,000 plus bonus and company benefits.
