Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Manchester. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Department, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with recruitment and selection of team members.
- Train new and existing team members to deliver excellent customer service and provide feedback and support as required.
- Take responsibility for the float, payments, and ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
- Assist in the planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of the department.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times.
- Supervisory experience, particularly within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience within a Food & Beverage role, ideally within a hotel/quality establishment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
