We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Children Residential Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the children and young people in our care to achieve their personal best.

As a Children Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to the children and young people in our care. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensure the smooth running of the residential setting, and provide guidance and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to the children and young people in our care.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the residential setting.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
