About Your Role
As a Stock and Operations Manager at Charlotte Tilbury, you will play a vital part in ensuring our stock processes run smoothly and efficiently. This involves driving operational success through the motivation of your team to hit key performance indicator targets, as well as implementing profit protection measures by highlighting high stock volumes and slower-selling lines to the business manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational success through motivation of the team to hit KPI targets
- Drive profit protection through highlighting high stock volumes/slower selling lines to the business manager
- Manage stock operations assistants, ensuring delegated tasks are followed up and reviewed
- Effective communication with the leadership team to support knowledge sharing and improve customer experience in-store
- Implement brand processes, meeting required deadlines
- Work with host store partners and senior stakeholders, ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage the shop floor replenished system and review to adapt to business needs
- Monitor and log the use of testers weekly and order accordingly
- Manage all deliveries, processing them accurately and in a timely manner, with any discrepancies raised and followed up
- Complete and check all administrative tasks
- Ensure out-of-stocks are controlled to prevent in-store lost sales
- Manage the write-off process for products, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedure, while limiting and reducing loss for the business
