Company Overview:
We are a leading luxury fashion brand seeking an exceptional Stock Controller to join our Bicester Village team on a full-time basis.

Salary:£45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stockroom organization is maximized to enhance store productivity. This includes monitoring stock levels and supporting the activities of Sale Staff. The ideal candidate will also guarantee accurate inventory control and management, acting as the point person for maintaining and supervising all inbound/outbound merchandise, back-of-house stock, and supply areas.

Key Accountabilities:
• Manage the stockroom organization in accordance with company directives and procedures to contribute to store productivity.
• Support Sale Staff in efficiently replenishing merchandise on the selling floor, reducing waiting times for clients.
• Train new Stock Keepers on system and stockroom guidelines.
• Guarantee effective people management of Stock Staff, including monthly coaching sessions and timely feedback.
• Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and motivate employees.
• Identify store maintenance issues and work closely with Corporate to resolve them.
• Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products, articles, and supplies.
• Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Sale Staff.
• Replenish stock systematically and accurately.
• Participate in store maintenance and control transfers and other operations in a timely manner.
• Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor, prepare and control article arrangements.
• Follow daily placement of items for sale in line with available stock.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations, monitoring loss prevention and unknown mark-downs.
• Communicate daily with article rotation and propose remedial measures where necessary.
• Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, outgoing packages (retail and non-retail).
• Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies.
• Respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies and missing documentation.
• Guarantee bi-annual store inventory accuracy and set up quantitative targets related to inventory control.
• Be competent in cash procedures and operations, providing support to the cashiers team if needed.
