Nurtured Talent International is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facility in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Disorders (EBD) in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with EBD
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Coordinate with key workers and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure the facility meets all necessary standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care and support
- Experience in managing residential care facilities for children and young people
- Knowledge of Emotional and Behavioural Disorders (EBD) and relevant therapeutic approaches
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Relevant education or certification in Social Work, Child Care, or a related field
Nurtured Talent International offers a competitive salary of £40,000 to £55,000 DOE, plus a 5k yearly bonus opportunity. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our staff to thrive and grow in their careers.
