Job Summary:

The Care Leader will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the children's home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. This will involve leading a team in delivering outstanding care and safeguarding children, as well as managing budgets and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the overall management of the children's home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  2. Lead the team in delivering outstanding care and safeguarding children.
  3. Responsible for budget management and resource allocation.
  4. Develop and implement care and support plans.
  5. Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential children's home, with at least 1 year as a Deputy Manager. They will also hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
