About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Adult Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To deliver person-centred care, promoting the dignity and well-being of our residents.
  2. To assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
  3. To maintain accurate records of care provided, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  4. To communicate effectively with colleagues, relatives, and external agencies as necessary.
  5. To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Care Certificate (essential)
  • Experience in dementia care (required)
  • NVQ2/3: Adult Social Care (desired)

What You'll Receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.62-£11.87 per hour.
  • 20.5 hours per week, flexible shift patterns.
