Devon Personal Support Assistant

Proud to Care Devon is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role includes:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Assisting with medical needs, including the use of Bi Pap and cough assist devices
- Accompanying individuals on trips out and holidays, using a wheelchair-adapted vehicle
Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional service.
What We OfferWe offer an estimated salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
- A full driving licence is required, but we provide additional training for those who need it
- Excellent rates of pay, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses
- Training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence
- Benefits including DBS checks and rota written 3 weeks ahead
