We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will be working closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility, patience, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will be working independently, but as part of a wider team, to provide companionship, personal care, and support with daily living tasks.

We offer a competitive salary range of £12-£14.20 per hour, depending on location and experience, plus mileage. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with medication management and reminders
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment
