About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead and contribute to the development of our acute care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide medical leadership and supervision to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams
  • To work collaboratively with Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to ensure timely communication and care planning
  • To provide Responsible Clinician oversight for approximately half of the adult acute care service, covering 10 beds and half the Home Treatment Team patients

Requirements

  • MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment
  • Included on GMC Specialist Register or within 6 months of completing CCT

Salary Range: £83,663 - £109,825 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
