Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and encouragement to individuals to actively participate in their own recovery.
- Facilitate courses, groups, and offer 1-1 support to service users.
- Support service users to develop the skills and confidence to work towards their own goals and personal recovery.
- 31 days annual leave, including public holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 full years of service.
