We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Northamptonshire Mind. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop the skills and confidence to work towards their own goals and personal recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and encouragement to individuals to actively participate in their own recovery.
  • Facilitate courses, groups, and offer 1-1 support to service users.
  • Support service users to develop the skills and confidence to work towards their own goals and personal recovery.
What We Offer
  • 31 days annual leave, including public holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 full years of service.
