About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Healthcare Specialist to join our team of community paediatricians in Salford. As a specialist in community paediatrics, you will provide high-quality care to children with complex needs and work closely with local authorities and partner agencies to develop effective services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in community paediatrics, including experience in safeguarding and teaching. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our neurodevelopmental pathway and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver community paediatric clinics and child protection clinics
  • To participate in the multidisciplinary assessment and management of children with neurodevelopmental conditions
  • To contribute to the ongoing development of our neurodevelopmental pathway

Requirements:

  • MEDICAL DEGREE required
  • RCPCH membership essential
  • Registration on the GMC Specialist Register - CCT or within 6 months of obtaining CCT

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £95,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, annual leave allowance, and protected hours for health and wellbeing activities.
