Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-friendly applications for healthcare staffing purposes.
  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and identify any issues or bugs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in application development and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our healthcare staffing applications.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient codebase.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including healthcare facilities and internal teams, to develop and implement application enhancements and features.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving any application-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in application development and maintenance, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities, with the ability to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
