We are seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Bishops Stortford. As a key member of our Adult Community Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized comprehensive assessments and care management services to patients
- Supervise junior nursing staff and students as delegated by the team manager
- Manage depot clinics and ensure effective day-to-day service delivery
- Liaise with other professionals, including GPs and external agencies, to ensure seamless care coordination
- RMN or Dip/Bsc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing
- ENB 998 / Preceptorship and Mentorship
- At least 2 years of post-registration experience with at least one year at Band 5
- Experience of working in acute mental health inpatient/day care services
- Experience of working in crisis and emotionally demanding environments
- Experience of teaching and training
- Experience of working in a multi-ethnic community
