About the Role

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is a leading fast-moving consumer goods business in Europe, seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Sidcup. As a key member of our focus-driven team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all legal and ISO requirements are met with a shared desire to make our site a world leader in Quality, Environment, Safety & Health standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: Monitor and feedback on compliance to safety related legislation updates through the company legal register.
  • Work Support – Promote Safe Behaviour: Implement, coordinate and support in the workplace risk assessment program, including Task specific risk and COSHH assessments, External Fire, DSEAR, ATEX, Noise and Asbestos Assessments.
  • Audit and Inspection: Support in the implementation, coordination and participation of the local audit and inspection programs to verify timely completion and quality effectiveness.
  • Training: Ensure that all staff receive a timely safety induction on appointment, monitor staff training, and report on training targets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Occupational Health Surveillance: Coordinate the occupational health surveillance program for the site by liaising with the GB agreed occupational health surveillance provider and the provider of temporary workers to identify who is required to be in the program.
  • Communication: Prepare periodic reports on the management systems progress, support in the development of a range of communication medium e.g. notice boards etc. to ensure that Managers and staff are kept up to date with health and safety matters.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
