Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Specialist to join our Risk Management team. The successful candidate will conduct site-based fire risk assessments on clients' portfolios, adhering to nationally recognised guidelines.

The role involves:

  1. Conducting thorough fire risk assessments in accordance with industry standards.
  2. Liaising with the fire safety coordinator and head of fire risk management to ensure seamless delivery of risk assessments.
  3. Collaborating with sub-consultants as required.
  4. Attending client meetings to discuss assessment results and provide technical advice.
  5. Evaluating and validating peer reviews to maintain quality standards.
  6. Providing expert guidance to clients on fire safety matters.
  7. Managing client expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
