Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Digital Trading Manager to join our dynamic team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for executing campaign, brand, and promotional strategies, collaborating with digital marketing, commercial, and optimization teams to drive initiatives and actions that improve conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day trading of a website(s) under the guidance of the Digital Trading Manager
  • Manage reporting of daily/weekly/monthly/annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and feeding into action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met
  • Analyse seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, reporting on key competitors and customer behavior
  • Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates
  • End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
  • Ensure communication of product and trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimization teams
  • Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversion
  • Manage process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimize sales

People Management

  • Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Digital Trading Assistant(s) as relevant
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilizing appropriate communication and people management methods
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring ecommerce KPIs are understood and achievable for all

Qualifications

  • Valid working rights for the UK countries
  • Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
  • Experience working within ecommerce platforms
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role such as an Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Executive, or Online Merchandiser in a retail or consumer brand
