Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned digital professional to drive growth and innovation within the Frasers Group Customer Team. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for defining, owning, and executing a strong digital trading strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategic plans to drive digital sales and improve conversion rates
  • Manage the day-to-day trading and execution of multiple websites, ensuring seamless integration with our digital marketing and optimisation teams
  • Oversee and guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform commercial decisions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and execute digital trading calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead the delivery and reporting of on-site promotions and content activity, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Define and manage forward-looking trading strategies, considering design and functionality improvements, and contributing to product development and UX roadmaps
  • Work closely with digital marketing and optimisation teams to ensure product and trading strategies are supported by a robust digital marketing strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring digital KPIs are understood and achievable
Requirements
  • Valid working rights for the UK
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms and driving both day-to-day improvements and larger strategic projects
  • Proven experience in team management and development, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
