About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, focusing on the individual needs of each resident.
- Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
