We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Trading Analyst to join our team at Venture Up. As a key member of our research and development team, you will work closely with world-class researchers to design and implement systematic trading strategies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Strong programming skills in Python are essential, as well as a solid understanding of financial markets and instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-frequency trading algorithms using Python and other languages
  • Analyze market data and identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with researchers to develop and refine trading strategies
  • Optimize models to improve performance and reduce risk
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • Strong programming skills in Python and other languages
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
