At CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler, we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst Assistant to join our finance team in Oxford.

About the Role

We require a skilled Audit and Accounts professional with at least 1 year's UK audit and/or accounts practice experience. You will be responsible for developing and applying your technical knowledge through on-the-job training and formal qualifications.

The successful candidate will have strong aptitude for IT, specifically Excel, and be able to prepare audit working papers, post trial balances into statutory accounts format, and update disclosures as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and applying technical knowledge through on-the-job training and formal qualifications
  • Preparing audit working papers
  • Posting trial balances into statutory accounts format and updating disclosures as necessary
  • Producing financial accounts in accordance with FRS 102 1A and FRS 105, as well as sole trader and partnership accounts
  • Using accounting software to provide accurate reporting
  • Preparing basic corporation tax computations
