Job Title: Web Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Acton, Park Royal

Hours: Monday - Friday, office based

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our customer service and web administration team, you will be responsible for maintaining our online presence and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer queries via email and other online platforms.
  • Update and maintain the website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and merchandising teams.
  • Monitor and report on website performance and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and support throughout all online interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service or web administration role, preferably within the garment or fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and a basic understanding of Hindi or Gujarati.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems and online customer service platforms.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software for tracking and reporting.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary within the range of £28,000 to £32,000.
