Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with product inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain the order database

  • Liaise with the logistics department regarding late deliveries or faulty goods
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team as needed
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and upsell products
  • Handle accounting inquiries with the finance team

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in French or Spanish
  • Proven experience in a professional environment in customer service or administration
  • Flexibility and team orientation essential
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems desirable
  • Ideal experience in a similar office-based role
