- Salary: £27,000 on a fixed-term contract
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (occasional Saturdays)

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual seeking a challenging role with a well-established luxury brand. If you have experience in customer service or administration and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with product inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Update and maintain the order database
- Provide support to clients registering online and processing orders through the website
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Liaise with the logistics department regarding late deliveries or faulty goods
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team as needed
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities and upsell products
- Handle accounting inquiries with the finance team
Requirements:
- Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in French or Spanish
- Proven experience in a professional environment in customer service or administration
- Flexibility and team orientation essential
- Knowledge of ticketing systems desirable
- Ideal experience in a similar office-based role
