Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Primary Care team at Medigold Health. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Primary Care Service Manager and Senior Team Leader, GPs, and other members of the Primary Health Care Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals through clear and concise communication.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the Primary Care Service Manager and Senior Team Leader to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills: Passionate about delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Strong planning and organization skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Packages and other relevant software applications.
