Salary - £29,500 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience


Location - Southwark, London


Contract Type - Fixed term for 6 months


This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a balance of 50% time split between the office and home over a 4-week period.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support for large-scale events and activities, including corporate inductions, careers events, programme delivery events and recruitment assessment centres.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing programme participant and third-party supplier information
  • Supporting the management of databases and ensuring compliance with GDPR
  • Providing data entry and maintenance services, as well as analysing information accurately
  • Organising, planning and prioritising tasks, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Utilising Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and having knowledge of information governance and diversity and inclusion best practice

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
