About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Lost Shore Surf Resort. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Food and Beverage Operation and Events Programme at the Lost Shore Surf Resort.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Front of House and Events Teams to provide a world-class visitor experience.
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and legal compliance in all aspects of F&B operations.
  • Report to the F&B Manager and work closely with the F&B Team Leaders and Rogue Village.
Visitor Experience

Collaborate with the F&B Manager and Team Leaders to understand and exceed visitor expectations, ensuring visitor satisfaction and recommendations. Meet and surpass targets for repeat visitors, act on feedback to maintain high standards, and deliver quality services on time and within budget.

Working as a Team

Work together as a team to create a positive work environment, adapt to feedback, stay informed and engaged in communications, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to all Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

We are looking for a passionate foodie with proven team leader experience, a flair for food and drink, and a drive to make a difference in the hospitality industry. You should be well networked in the contemporary Scottish hospitality scene and have a strong understanding of the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.

Additional Information

As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will need to be flexible with your schedule, working seven days a week, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Your commitment to ensuring the resort's smooth operation during peak times is essential.
