Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,395 per annum, based on 00 per hour DOE. Additionally, they will be entitled to a range of benefits, including a monthly attendance bonus of £150, paid study leave, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Job Description
This role involves supporting a Clinical in-House Team and working closely with the Head of Care, who is an ex-Ofsted Inspector. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing positive behavior management strategies, ensuring compliance with Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare. They will have a willingness to undergo training and professional development, as well as knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted Requirements. A driving licence is also essential for this role.
