Key Responsibilities- Conduct fire risk assessments in a team environment, identifying potential hazards and developing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with local fire and rescue organisations to develop positive working relationships and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing clear and concise advice on fire-related matters.
- Review documentation provided by other organisations, ensuring that our residents' fire safety needs are met.
- Visit sites across our operating area, conducting risk assessments and providing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proven experience in fire risk assessment, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to meet deadlines.
- Competent Fire Risk Assessor, with a passion for fire safety and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Full current driving licence and daily access to a car, with business mileage paid at the prevailing rate.
