Job Description:

As a Senior Chartered Engineer at RGB Network, you will play a key role in shaping the company's vision and delivering projects across various sectors. Your expertise in structural engineering will be instrumental in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and embody the company vision, delivering personal and company goals.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence, with a strong focus on time management and teamwork.
  • Conduct research, review, and complete Technical Notes, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop relationships with existing and potential collaborators, establishing professional relationships with staff.
  • Manage projects, including leading meetings and workshops, coordinating project resourcing, and reviewing project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior engineer experience, with Chartered status in a relevant engineering institution.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written, drawn, and verbal communication skills, with a growth mindset and ability to accept constructive criticism.
  • Excellent team working and leadership skills, with a valid driver's license.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Filling in timesheets weekly, with a focus on increasing profitability throughout the employment.
  • Loading, Forces & Deflection diagram for all beams & frames, following calculation, drawing, filing & report writing templates and guidance.
  • Monthly production and review of Technical Notes, with a target of £150 per hour by the end of year 1.
