Job Description

We are Morgan Ryder, a leading global manufacturer in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into high-growth European markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to enter and dominate new European markets, with a strong emphasis on the construction and industrial sectors.

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter and dominate new European markets, with a strong emphasis on the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate long-term, sustainable relationships with high-value distributors, partners, and industry influencers to establish our products as leaders in the market.
  • Closing High-Value Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating large-scale contracts, delivering impactful presentations, and securing high-value deals that directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide regular, data-driven reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity, ensuring the business remains agile and competitive in the construction sector.

Salary: Up to £64,000 basic, plus 20% bonus, 25 days holiday, life insurance, private medical, car allowance, fantastic pension. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £76,800.
