Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and despatching international shipments, ensuring items are packed for safe transport and booked onto carrier shipping systems.
  • Completing relevant paperwork and labelling items correctly, including manifests and delivery notes.
  • Carrying out the manifesting scanning process, ensuring all items planned for loading are systemically scanned onto vans.
  • Communicating any problems promptly and accurately to the correct people to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collating items in clearly defined van route order to enable the loading team to effectively load vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Competence with IT systems.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confidence to highlight potential issues to other departments.
  • Willingness to learn and progress.
