Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Newport, Isle of Wight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exams and tests, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining the security of our testing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in customers, verifying their identification documents and explaining the exam process.
  • Comply with exam security procedures, using careful judgment to ensure the integrity of our tests.
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during exams, maintaining a secure and distraction-free environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with our IT department, ensuring seamless exam delivery.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing equipment and maintaining a clean testing environment.

Requirements

  • English and Maths qualifications are essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to sit for long periods, monitor candidates, and escort them to and from exam rooms.
